InspoShop uses Google OAuth for secure authentication. By using our service, you agree to:

• Use Google OAuth to create and access your account
• Provide accurate information through your Google account
• Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
• Accept Google's terms of service and privacy policy
• Understand that we collect basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from your Google account

InspoShop operates on a credit-based pay-as-you-go model:

• New users receive 3 free credits to try our service
• Each AI design generation costs 1 credit
• Credits can be purchased through our pay-as-you-go packages or Pro subscription
• Free plan credits reset monthly and do not rollover
• Pay-as-you-go credits never expire
• Pro plan provides 150 credits per month with no rollover
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

InspoShop participates in the Amazon Associates program. This means:

• We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through our affiliate links
• Product recommendations are based on AI analysis and design compatibility
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or pricing of recommended products
• Amazon's terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through affiliate links

The InspoShop service, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our AI technology or algorithms for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
